Bruce C. Leininger was born and raised in New Jersey to working class parents. He worked his way through college, graduating with a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an M.A. from Columbia University Graduate School. In 1990 he relocated to Dallas, Texas. There he met and married Andrea Scoggin. Career transitions took them to San Francisco, California, where their son James was born in 1998. They currently reside in Lafayette, Louisiana, and love the areas uniquely vibrant Cajun culture. In addition to his son James, Bruce has four adult children from a previous marriage: Eric, Andrea, Valerie, and Gregory, all of whom live in New Jersey. Bruce is currently a busy corporate executive, working as both President of Accelerated Performance Resources, LLC, an H.R. consulting company he founded in 2002, and as the Director of Human Resources for Rotorcraft Leasing Company.

Andrea Scoggin Leininger was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Plano, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. As the second of four children from a traditional southern family, she has an older brother, Jeff, and two younger sisters, Jennifer and Becky. Andrea was an artistic child who excelled at art, dance, and writing, and spent each summer during her teen years studying ballet in New York and San Francisco. After graduating from High School, she pursued a professional ballet career, dancing for 10 years with various companies across the country. Her dance career took her back to Dallas, Texas, where she met and married Bruce Leininger, to whom she has been married for 17 years. After retiring from ballet, Andrea transitioned into a General Accounting career, which she enjoyed until the birth of her son James in 1998, when she left work to become a full-time wife and mother. Andrea and her husband currently reside in Lafayette, Louisiana and own their own Human Resources consulting business, Accelerated Performance Resources, LLC., for which she is a successful Professional Resume Writer. She is a gifted ballet teacher, and enjoys teaching master classes for dance schools across the country. She is deeply involved in the regional dance community, and is currently employed as the Ballet Director for Dance Graphics in Lafayette.
He is actively involved in the Louisiana business community, and avidly supports workforce development by serving on the Greater Lafayette Chamber of Commerce and Workforce Readiness Director - Louisiana SHRM Council. His passion is helping people find their career passion and excel as productive members of society.

Ken Gross is a native of the Bronx. He served in the regular army for three years before becoming a journalist. He was an investigative reporter. a columnist before becoming an author. He has written or ghosted 16 books - including "The Victims," "The Verdict," "I Got The Show Right Here!" - before co-authoring "Soul Survivor." He lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Andrea. an editor at the New York Times. They have three children and no pets. While he is a skeptic about reincarnation, he is unable to explain the phenomenon of just what happened to James, although he is convinced that something inexplicable took place. The Leiningers made an impression that will pass this lifetime.
